Vision

A significant contributor to the survival and growth of the Saskatchewan broiler chicken industry.

Mission (SCIIF)

To provide funds for capital projects which increase or enhance processing capabilities for the Saskatchewan industry.

Mission (SCIDF)

To provide funds for research, market development and general promotional activities to further develop the Saskatchewan industry.

Values

• The funds will only approve projects that make economic sense in the context of a supply management system.
• The investment fund is to be self-sustaining in the long run. The development fund may be exhausted in not less than 10 years if sufficient opportunities for funding present themselves.
• The operations of both funds are to be as transparent as is commercially possible.
• Both funds are to operate in accordance with the highest standards of business ethics.
• Both funds are to be accountable to producers (shareholders).
